Why are people NOT talking about this book!!! I don’t get it, it’s amazing. First love, first heartbreak, first loss Lu and Nico are so amazing together. I was rooting for them the moment they saw each other again. All the banter, all the fighting, all the wanting and longing for each other. I just couldn’t it was truly a masterpiece. I loved every single moment, every single page. You just want to yell at them both and be like YOU’RE PERFECT TOGETHER. Stop it and work this shit out cause you’re better together then alone. The scenes in Velvet had me rolling, I didn’t even know places like that existed. I didn’t know about Kink clubs, and I think he handled it like a pro. Fish out of water, being thrown into the deep right away. I love how she kept testing him one thing after another. Then finding out why she kept doing it. Was such an amazing way to reveal the past and her trauma. I found that to be so beautiful and how he just kept showing up. . It’s such a Dark Romance but really a Romance. I loved how Navessa Allen writes she is really amazing, and I’ve enjoyed every single second. They’re couple goals (Just Saying)

Then let’s bring up the best friends – Seriously her besties are amazing and I adored them. I love how they protected each other. How they helped each other out. How they shared everything and you really felt the love between them. Now we need to talk about the WALTER heehee, I really wish I could see a photo of that dog. What an amazing, good boy he was 🙂 just had to add that tid bit. Cause we got to give a shout out to the furry creatures in these books!!!

It was really interesting to google places like the Velvet club, like I said I didn’t know Kink Clubs where a thing. These books have been giving me an education for sure. So, my warning please read the info page, regarding triggers these books might have in them. But this is a great starter book for Dark Romance, Smut readers to get into. To see if you like it or not. Because it does talk about certain subjects that you might be comfy or non-comfy with. But honestly it was fun to read scenes that were happening inside Velvet.
