Lords Of Pain by Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue.

Let me introduce you to Story, Killian, Tristan and Rath. The Royal House of Forsyth. Story is their “Lady” and they share her and I mean share her. For a year Story lives with them. It’s their game, there rules, and she is caught up in their web. From what she eats, to what she wears and who at the end will be the victor and takes her V card. Here is the twist though Story and Killian are step siblings yep you read that right step siblings. They seem to hate each other, but they also want each other. From day one they have had a rocky situation and well let’s put it this way. Killian and his frat brothers took it to far and I mean to far. They used her as prey and sexually assaulted her. For something that Killian saw and misunderstood. Which sends Story on the run. She wants to get away and never look back. Except something happens and Story has to face her family and the frat brothers. Years later Story comes back fleeing from a dark situation right into the hands of the Forsyth brothers. She signs her life and way and her new life begins. Story is one of those characters that learns to play the game quickly. Not knowing that she is the game and the boys are keeping score. I don’t know who I like more between the Frat brothers. Each character is so different and brings something different to the table. You can’t help falling for each of the characters. Because all 3 of them are amazing even Killian. The ending to book 1 is going to shock you. I honestly was like WAIT, WHAT??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO but it made sense in the end. The writers did such a great job. The storyline is really interesting and yes you feel like you’re reading the Lords series by Shantel Tessier. It has that feel but totally different which I really loved. It hooks you in and you keep saying alright I should go to bed, but you don’t because you need to know what happens next.

Now for the warnings – You need to read your trigger warnings. That is all I’m going to say about that. You have been warned.

Will I read book two of the series? Yes, Yes and wait yes… I plan to order it as soon as I can.

I looked for socials for the writers, but I didn’t find any at all, sorry I usually love to post a link that you can click on. To check out more of their work. But this time I didn’t find one.
