Another Year and another Fair, I love being part of this event. It’s my favorite part of September is working at the Santa Fe Ren Fair. Getting all dressed up and seeing the faces I’ve seen for ten years now. Working with the kids at Queens Quest and helping folks that are selling their products. I love the folks that volunteer from Santa Fe to Colorado and this year we had a special batch of volunteers from the PA Ren Fair. Which was so great to meet them, and I hope I get to see them again next year. I love how the adults get dressed up and man the costumes just get better every single year. I have posted a few of them that caught my eye, and I went OMG!!! Totally wild and I loved it. Some of are local folks like Chris from the Candyman strings and things music shop. Playing guitar really made my day. He is an amazing musician and rocked it out. Then we have clan Tynker which is a treat every single year to watch when I get a chance to watch. Fairy Village with the fire breathers, Jousting and just overly artistic which is truly fun to go and experience. The food stands are one of my favorites from the roasted corn on the cob, to the turkey legs. If you’re lucky to get a turkey leg. They sell out so fast before we even hit noon. They’re already gone cause they’re just so good. Then you add being able to get homemade, fresh, organic Butterbeer from the soda shop. Is well something I look forward to every single year. I’m craving one right now sadly but got to wait for 2026. If you come to Santa Fe or are a local check out the Santa Fe Renaissance Fair.
