Carnage by Shantel Tessier.

Carnage – How do you put the insanity about what that place represents down? Who the Spade Brothers are? To be given to a Spade and to live at Carnage. Anyone would go mad at try to run for their life. So, you don’t end up in the basement among the Lords that have fucked up and ended up a prisoner. I felt bad for Ash, I totally admit it. She is given to the Lord Saint, but their relationship is like a bomb going off over and over again. I didn’t like Saint I totally admit it. At the beginning I thought he was such a prick, and he made me so mad. Like treat her better not like a sex toy. But I appreciated how she knew what she wanted for her body and for her soul. But I think him sharing her with his brothers was just so beyond disgusting. The things they did to her was just so horrible. I cried a few times thru the book because of what they did to her. I thought the last book was heart breaking and beyond disgusting for me to even put it into words. This book was the same way on a totally different level. But I’m glad I read it and I’m looking forward to reading Madness. The way she writes is so amazing I love how she shares each of what they think and feel. It’s not just one sided and I appreciate that. Seeing both their views on their relationship and Carnage. I really enjoyed the dynamics of her characters and what goes down to get to them to the point at the end of the book. She always takes a Prick like Saint and ends up giving him a soul at the end of the book. Which to me as so amazing and I love that. Because you end up loving the guys and respecting them and go wow ok that wasn’t what I was expecting. Any way I totally recommend reading the Lords series because they’re just so good straight up. Even with how dark they’re. .
