I got this beauty as a gift last night, it’s a Harmony 4 string Banjo. It’s going to need a lot of work. I will have to replace several things on it. Plus, it needs a really good cleaning… Cause it’s disgusting. But once it’s cleaned up and fixed with new pieces. I imagine that it will play beautifully. From what I read Harmony Banjos are set with more a Blue Grass style. Which I haven’t really had a chance to play around with. So, I’m looking forward to being able to play it in the future. I also hope to find out, when it was built. It would be cool to find out. If it’s pre war war 2 or at a later date. Just so I know what I’m working with. Either way I’m assuming it’s a Vintage piece.
