If you’re a fan of Jane Austen, I recommend this book. Lucy Worsley takes you on an adventure thru her life. Seeing how different experiences thru her eyes and life. Opened the flood gates to create her books and stories. From her time at school and her dislike for the experience. To what a woman of her time period was expected to behave and do. Thru her own experiences growing up in a time when women where basically told to do one thing. From doing art, being a wife, a mother and doing whatever her husband said and did. Jane was an amazing young woman, an amazing writer. From her amazing love stories to her strong-willed young woman like Emma. This is the book for you, and I highly recommend reading it. I have truly come to love reading each chapter and learning more and more of Jane’s amazing life.
